Na Gong Joo in bed suspect that something is amiss with Geum Jan Di as Geum Jan DI asked that her mother has not gone to sleep. Na Gong Joo said that Geum Jan Di can’t fool her mother. Geum Jan Di decides that she will stay with her parents & her brother here. Na Gong Joo is shock that what about her schooling & Goo Joon Pyo. Geum Jan Di brushes that she has nothing to do with Goo Joon Pyo & yet Na Gong Ju refuse to give up that fantasy. Na Gong Joo asked whether her daughter wants to stay in this smelly fishing town all her life. Geum Jan Di tell her mother what is wrong with that. Na Gong Joo sigh that it is the ends for them that there is no hope to live to carry on their lives & is upset. Geum Jan Di tries to pacify her upset mother

So Yi Jung come to see Chu Ga Eul & asked whether she has any contact with Geum Jan Di. Chu Ga Eul said that Geum Jan Di cut her line & said she was going to a fishing town. So Yi Jung assures that Geum Jan Di will be fine. Chu Ga Eul asked how is Goo Joon Pyo as So Yi Jung answers that he is still mess up. Goo Joon Hee goes to her brother room to finds that he has not been eating as his food comes out untouched & wants to approaches the room but hesitates. Goo Joon Hee tells her brother that she is going to see their father & asked whether he wants to come along. Goo Joon Pyo refuses as Goo Joon Hee call over his attitude. Yoon Ji Hoo & Geum Jan Di taking a stroll. Geum Jan Di asked how did Yoon Ji Hoo finds out where she was. Goo Joon Pyo on the news telling that Goo Joon Pyo was hurt by a man who suffers the atrocities of the aftermath of a Shinhwa hostile takeover & is out to vent his revenge. Madam Kang is overcome with emotion. The F3 waiting out the operating theatre. Goo Joon Hee & Geum Jan Di sitting waiting anxiously. Madam Kang comes to the hospital as F3 greets her. Goo Joon Hee attacks her mother as to tell her whether she is now satisfied that this is what Madam Kang wanted. PA Jung asked Goo Joon Hee to calm down. PA Jung received a call that the surgery was successful & there is not impending danger. Madam Kang is relief to hear & leave. Goo Joon Hee is appalled as PA Jung said there is an important meeting in Hong Kong. PA Jung leaves them in private. Geum Jan Di sits down & tell Madam Kang, her son favourite food especially street tavern food, he like picnic lunches, like to gaze star with the telescope that his parents bought him. Madam Kang leaves as Geum Jan Di assures her that Goo Joon Pyo will be fine. Madam Kang leaves as Geum Jan Di sat back on the bench. Goo Joon Pyo is wheeled out from the theatre. Yoon Ji Hoo finds Geum Jan Di & tell her that Go Joon Pyo is now in the room & invites her to go & see Goo Joon Pyo. Yoon Ji Hoo goes to his Grandfather’s clinic & look at his mother ring that he is wearing & recalls the events that lead to Goo Joon Pyo saving his life & Goo Joon Pyo before he lose conscious that he was correct that it only could be Yoon Ji Hoo. The Geums moves back as Geum Il Bong calls home as Na Gong joo thanked her husband that they managed to settle the debts with his working on the boats. Geum Jan Di is met by Yoon Ji Hoo who informs her that Goo Joon Pyo regains his consciousness as Song Yi Jung & Song Woo Bin also comes to greet her. Geum Jan Di goes to the hospital as the F3 wishes him well. Yoon Ji Hoo thanked Goo Joon Pyo as he asked what is that for. Yoon Ji Hoo said for staying alive. Geum Jan Di leaves dejectedly, even the vending machine bullies her when she tries to purchase a drink from the machine then a patient comes with clutches & give it a kick at the machine & gave Geum Jan Di her purchase. The clutches patient said that vending machine here need to good kick now & then to perform. The clutches patient introduce as Jang Yu Mi as Geum Jan Di introduce herself to Jang Yu Mi. Jang Yu Mi finds it exciting that Geum Jan Di is from Shinhwa High school & asked who is she visit. Geum Jan Di tells it is a friend.
