Shin Mi Rae stood up to face the press as the photograph blasting with the camera flashes. Shin Mi Rae announce that this MOU is postpone indefinitely, she will not sign this MOU & apologise to the press. Shin Mi Rae said that she needs to reconsider Daehan Group on the whole & will thoroughly scrutinize that MOU . The crowd is rage & throwing a racket while Ko Go Hae is really seen upset. Shin Mi Rae can only have stare for Joo Gook. Shin MI Rae tries to appease the crowd to give her more time to look through this MOU to see its benefits but the crowd don’t want to hear any of her explanation

Shin Mi Rae marches off & pass Joo Gook. Joo Gook asked to leave as Ha Soo In said that they can’t leave this matter unsettle. Joo Gook said that it already split milk, Mi Shil created this mess, it is up to her to fix the spill. Ko Go Hae want to see Shin Mi rae as they met in private after the press conference. Ko Go Hae brushes of Shin Mi Rae childish lesson as petty jealousy. Shin Mi Rae question Daehan intention of building the factory in Inju & the insistence that it must be built here even to have sent Joo Gook down to Inju to be Deputy Mayor, then the source of financial income of BB comes from Daehan Group. Joo Gook confess through the photograph that he really doesn’t want Shin Mi rae to get hurt with the politics battles although he wants her to stand firm in her decision not to sign the MOU

Joo Gook a sad puppy sitting in the park bench where they had sat & reading her message on his phone then Shin Mi Rae is also seen sitting on the same park bench, she listen to the message from her phone inbox that Joo Gook left her as both reminiscence they time together. Jeong Boo Mi asking what are they looking for, she asked the least they must be giving a lead on what they are looking for instead of a needle in the haystack. Shin Mi Rae said that there must be something amiss & she had a gut feeling that something is going on. Jeong Boo Mi said why are they importing waste when their country had enough waste of their own. What is the benefits in import those waste into the country. Shin Mi Rae asked Lee Jeong Do about importing foreign waste. Lee Jeong Do said it is common practice that China import trash from countries like England but they need to follow strict guidelines. Lee Jeong Do said that Daehan doesn’t violate in the guideline. Shin Mi Rae there is something there that they had been amiss since this list is given by Daehan group & it all could be fabricated. Shin Mi Rae question what if this is fabricated, what is it then. Shin Mi rae said that they need to call Europe to enquire but Lee Jeong Do said that it is midnight in Europe

Shin Mi Rae reads his email from Greenland but Shin Mi Rae thinks it is a spam mail. It was wasted was a substance that it is too particular to handle due to their own countries environmental regulations& they had heard that legality in Korea in not as stringent. Obviously Shin Mi Rae can’t read English deletes the email. Lee Jeong Do said that since the company will be siding Daehan Group then they will not disclose anything to them. Shin Mi Rae said to start with the environmental NGOs in Europe to get some facts. Shin Mi rae gets no leads on her suspicion. Lee Jeong Do said that they can’t go on hunches. Lee Jeong Do tells that Shin Mi Rae that it is not importing of iron slag or copper sludges

Shin Mi Rae reads that this is not a spam letter & it is not from Daehan Group. Lee Jeong Do said that this company want to work in partnership with their City. The company had heard that Daehan Group has sign a MOU with another rival company & now directly contact the City to work an agreement. Then Shin Mi Rae found their lead that Daehan Group is importing the waste to recycle in Inju.

Shin Mi rae calls Ko Go Hae to come to his office & demands her to come at once. Shin Mi Rae showed the Green land letter. Ko G Hae reads it & asked what is this. Shin MI Rae said that Ko Go Hae should be awarded the Oscar for best performance with the theatrics. Shin Mi Rae thanked Ko Go Hae & her Daehan Group that Inju City is now famously the become a focal point in Europe for processing waste. Shin Mi Rae said that the agreement with Daehan Group signing MOU with Europe will be expose & is this how Daehan Group fulfilled their social responses. Ko Go Hae goes & showed Sin MI Rae the might & power of the conglomerate company can do to the Korea economy. Ko Go Hae threaten by this time everything is settle, Shin Mi Rae had already finished her tenure as Mayor. It seems that Ko Go Hae may not have knowledge about the matter. Ko Go Hae leaves taking the document. Shin Mi Rae upset that she has a slight slip on the confrontation, then blames Joo Gook for her grievances

Shin Mi Rae goes to Joo Gook’s office & declares her hunches & confirms it with Joo Gook. Joo Gook trying to keep a front trying to keep his emotion in while Shin Mi rae shouts at him that she had give her heart to it but ends up him trampling on her heart like dirt. Shin Mi Rae marches out his office as Joo Gook is overcome by his sadness that he has to play villain but showed his concern about his welfare

Mi Shil is walking with her bicycles crying in the rain. Joo Gook offers her an umbrella & asked her to take it with her. Shin Mi Rae throw it away but Joo Gook picks it up & asked her to take the umbrella. Shin Mi Rae said that her well being is none of his concern as Joo Gook said that she will fall sick, then he grab her to the shelter to avoid the rain & Shin Mi Rae vent her anger on Joo Gook & had a good cry which hurts Joo Gook very much t see Shin Mi Rae breaks down in tears. Then he hurl a share taxi & still holding onto Shin Mi Rae’s wrist then relax his hand then giving nudges as the car is moving then playing pinky fingers as Shin Mi rae could sense & is emotion by it. Shin Mi Rae arrives to her house as Joo Gook asked whether he could have some dry clothes or a towel. Joo Gook goes to Shin Mi Rae’s room to find that Shin Mi Rae has his election poster paste on her door, then she puts the herring lapel pin at his lapel in the poster. Joo Gook is move by her gesture

Shin Mi Rae comes in quickly & kept the door open as she realise that his poster is in her room. Shin Mi Rae asked him to change quickly. Joo Gook said why don’t he change in front of her & starts to unbutton his shirt. Shin Mi Rae turns her back as Joo Gook stare at her back & hesitant to go touch her back. I am sure Shin Mi Rae can feel the vibes of Joo Gook’s hand as he approaches his hand on her shoulder he pulls back & tell her that he is leaving. As Shin Mi rae turns around he already left

Ha Soo In comes to Shin Mi rae to pick up documents from Joo Gook trash then tells that Joo Gook is helping her behind the scene. Ha Soo In said that he is always spending night in his office & doesn’t go home, then she recognise Greenland from the list. How can a major company like Greenland has just an hotmail account?

Joo Gook submits the legislative ro BB for reduce the environmental regulations. Bb reads it & praise him for effort well done. BB wants Joo Gook’s party to table this as a bill in the National Assembly. Joo Gook said he will find a way & assures BB to trust that he can achieve the matter. The Chairman of Joo Gook’s party think it is utter nonsense to table the bill. Joo Gook sells the idea that this bill will able to being BB down. Voters are the ones to win Presidential election but it is the law that bring down one. Joo Gook tells that with this bill, it prevents BB from becoming even the Presidential Candidate. Joo Gook asked for the Chairman’s patient to execute his plan to do so

Joo Gook goers to see Kang Tae Gong to asked for a favour. Kang Tae Gong what to know on what status of relationship is he coming to asked the favour as a National Assemblyman to the Speaker of a City Council Assemble or as the son of his good friend of his father. Kang Tae Gong tells the story that he knew Joo Gook until he was 5 years old, he was in Joo Gook 1^st birthday party. Joo Gook want to know from Kang Tae Gong why Bb left politics 4 years ago. Kang Tae Gong gave a simple answer because of Joo Gook. Kan Tae Gong said that someone found out about Joo Gook’s birth & threaten blackmailed. The person who threaten to expose Bb is none other than Chairman Go from Daehan group, so this time the situation defer from previously as Joo Gook know is with Ko Go Hae. Chairman Go sided with the incumbent President but after election, Chairman Go was sideline by the President, now that Chairman Go after being rejected went to Bb & Joo Gook being engage to his daughter become his strength for BB to run for Presidential election with Chairman Go alliance in marriage.

Joo Gook meets Shin Mi rae outside his office & Shin Mi Rae excuse to come over to thanked him for the umbrella when Joo Gook asked the purpose of her visit. Joo Gook said that Shin Mi rae didn’t take the umbrella, but Shin Mi rae said that she is shelter by the world biggest umbrella. Shin Mi Rae said that this umbrella has shelter her from all elements of the season & thanked him for keeping her out of the weather. Joo Gook is moved, then asked how is her health as people caught in the rain will always fall sick. Shin Mi rae said that have when the person in a pitiful state but she isn’t, even if it snowed she will not fall sick. Shin Mi Rae this is her city report to Joo Gook. Joo Gook said that he will busy soon after as he needs to quarrel with someone & he will called her soon. Shin Mi Rae said that she too is involve in that quarrel & asked how she can help him. Joo Gook asked her not to give in. Joo Gook asked her to wait some moment & not to sign that document

Ko Go Hae is surprise that Shin MI Rae is not meeting anybody from her side to discuss matters. Ko Go Hae asked about the email but the staff hesitate & said it is just junk mail. Ko Go Hae goes to hang out in Shin Mi Rae’s office to wait for her return although Lee Jeong do informs that Shin Mi Rae is not in her office. Ko Go Hae goes directly to Shin Mi Rae’s office but was hold back by Jeong Boo Mi who show her that the waiting area is outside.  Jeong Boo Mi serve tea. Shin Mi Rae meanwhile in her office playing games.

When the door opens she went down under her desk as Lee Jeong Do comes in. Shin Mi rae asked whether Ko Go Hae has gone. Lee Jeong Do said that she will be back tomorrow. Shin Mi rae admire Ko Go Hae persistence & asked whether she needs to come to work tomorrow. Lee Jeong Do said that he will reschedule for excursion for the next 3 days so that she is away in the office

City hall staff doing community service. Then when she return, BB had sent a car for her. BB asked whether she is postponed Daehan Group contract indefinitely. Shin Mi Rae confirms it. BB reprimanded her for being so naive about politics & in his entire life, Shin Mi rae is the 1^st person he had met that fit that description. BB said that Shin Mi Rae needs to settle with Dae Han Group so else everybody that is acquainted will received her fury of wrath. BB leaves leaving a very shocked Shin Mi Rae. Shin Mi rae tries to call Joo Gook but couldn’t reach him then she calls Ha Soo In who calls that Joo Gook has gone to Europe & will be back in 10 days. Shin Mi Rae is left to fend on her own

Shin Mi Rae ponder in her office on the odd as BB threaten her entire City Hall staff. The next morning, Shin Mi Rae calls Ko Go Hae to come in the afternoon as she will sign the document. Shin Mi rae goes to the Deputy Mayor & earnestly asked them for a favour that they need to grant her request as Deputy Mayor & Min Joo Hwa is taken aback by Shin Mi Rae’s pleading. Min Joo Hwa asked what is the request but come out of it in staggering shock. Lee Jeong do comes to the corridors as Min Joo Hwa approaches her husband that she has something to say to him. Lee Jeong Do brush it as to say that Shin Mi rae agrees to sign the MOU & she should be happy about the outcome

In the MOU Shin Mi rae went on to sign the MOU to showed Ko Go Hae that she agrees to do so. Lee Jeong Do asked why did she sign the MOU, Shin Mi Rae said that she will eventually turn this back to square one, she assures them. Shin Mi Rae plans to create chaos. Lee Jeong Do send her home but finds that Shin Mi rae is acting strange lately. Lee Jeong Do gave her a bottle of milk so she can have a good night sleep

Shin Mi rae ponder in her room drowning her milk & recalls her election campaign & how she started out to become the Mayor & cries. Joo Gook comes back from Europe. Ha Soo in said that Shin Mi rae calls, but Joo Gook asked that it will have to wait for tomorrow. Joo Gook goes to Building 63 to look at the Seoul night skyline as he recalls what Shin Mi Rae asked him what he want to do with the nation & draw a picture of what he wants to achieve

The National Assembly tables the environmental bill as Joo Gook as the committee chairman for the bill. Joo Gook went to the opposite side of the scale that the nation environmental bill is weak comparison to the other developing countries like Europe. Joo Gook argue the quality of life to give to their future generations. BB had head on his argument in the National Assembly on the debate as Joo Gook confront him BB is on the brink of a heart attack or a rage of fits. BB pours his rage by throwing everything he can find at Joo Gook although his aim is a little of the mark. Joo Gook managed to table a law to ban waste material import into Korea & had the bill pass

Joo Gook said that this is all he can do for his father BB. Joo Gook tell BB that the buck stop here then he will let this matter pass. BB blames Joo Gook is the person that had interfere with his life, he had never plan to have Joo Gook in the 1^st place. BB said he just tolerate Joo Gook’s existence, Joo Gook tell that he needs to tolerate further, it is because BB has taken the last stand of forgiveness out of him. Joo Gook gave 2 choices to BB, first is to pull out from politics or the other to end up in bitter ends, ruined & damaged. Joo Gook asked how does Bb wants it, it is because Joo Gook will not lose this bout, because he has the confidence to pull BB down & he will definitely win over BB

Ko Go Hae said that the bill has been table that the environmental bill has been amended. The staff tells that it had sent negative impact to Daehan Group as a whole because of their practices. The staff needs to do some damaged control or they will lose profit. Ko Go Hae said that the amended was a direct hit on Daehan group & target her. Ko Go Hae goes to Joo Gook to asked what is going on. Joo Gook asked her to speak to her father about the matter & showed a report on the waste MOU from Europe all signed by Chairman Ko that it is incriminating. Ko Go Hae believes that Daehan Group will not do such a thing. It seems that Ko Go Hae doesn’t know what her father is doing as she preaches to Joo Gook how great Daehan Group is to Korea & wouldn’t accept the truth. Ko Go Hae said that she already have Shin Mi Rae’s signature on the MOU Joo Gook

Joo Gook is shocked then Shin Mi rae comes to his office as he confront her why she didn’t wait a little longer that she had sign the MOU. Shin Mi Rae said she tries her best to hold on & in the end this is the only thing she can do. Shin Mi Rae said that her signature is not valid of the effect. Ko Go Hae said that Shin Mi rae sign the MOU with her as witness. Shin Mi rae said that at the moment she sign the MOU she is no longer acting as Mayor of Inju as she tender her resignation prior to the MOU signing. Deputy mayor was there to confirm that this is true that the moment Shin Mi rae sign the MOU, she is no longer the Mayor

This is what the earnest plea that Shin Mi rae asked from Deputy mayor & Min Joo Hwa to accept her resignation. Shin Mi rae will accept fraud charge if Ko Go Hae threaten to sue, she will accept it as this is all she can do
