In the press conference that some citizen were not responsive to her resignation & blame her for the mess created but the ones who left behind praise that she did well to keep Inju safe from toxic waste. Meanwhile Ko Go Hae confronts her father over the document of the imported toxic waste. Chairman Ko brushes it off to asked when Joo Gook is coming over to their place to have dinner since he has not see him lately. Ko Go Hae wants to know that her father knew all along that the contend of the waste that he had imported were toxic. Chairman Ko tells his daughter not too be too concern as it is just a glitch. Daehan Group will not go down the tubes. Chairman Go just out some media campaign to appease the satisfaction of the citizen. Chairman Ko said that he has done to clothe & fed Korea, now it is pay back time for the citizen to repay their debt to him.  Korea needs to pay some interest back to what he had done for Korea. Chairman Ko said that it no other way but to expand to Europe for their company survival is to do Europe bidding.

Ko Go Hae is disappointed with her father & the teaching of the great enterprise of the Chaebol family only conclude of this way. What principal she was taught by her father was her pride, now it is dash & tarnish her admiration for her father. Chairman Go tells his daughter not to be too naive & goes to prepare her wedding as BB has consented the wedding. Joo Gook gets news from BB that Joo Gook had to prepare his wedding to Ko Go Hae. Joo Gook reminds BB that he had give 2 choices to BB to choose, to retreat or to end up on the bitter end damage & ruined. Joo Goo said that BB likely is choosing the later choice. BB insists that Joo Gook makes arrangement for his wedding. Joo Gook said that he is giving BB a 2^nd chance, for he is BB’s son. Joo Gook asked whether BB is to deny that fact until the end. Joo Gook said that it will not happened, & asked BB to pull out & live like his father. BB tells that he live his life to lead a nation but never as someone’s father. BB said that Joo Gook can be his successor but never as his son. Joo Gook tells BB that from this moment BB can only leave his life as a father & nothing else.

Joo Goo calls the press then announce to the press that he is indeed the son of BB that BB is resigning from the political scene to make path for his son to succeed. BB is force to swallow the bitter pill in front of  the press

Ko Go Hae reads the news of Bb pull out of politics & admits her defeat. Shin Mi rae in her office writing  a letter to the next Mayor as she leave her office. Shin Mi Rae said that it is time that she needs to g oto the police station. In the police station Inju citizen lay picket for her support & shouts for ehr to resume her duties of Mayor. Shin Mi Rae is touch & move as they shout slogans

Ko Go Hae comes & said why Shin Mi Rae is coming to the police station, did the Prosecutors called her in. Shin Mi Rae surrender herself before the prosecutors call for her. Ko Go Hae said that all this why she been dealing with an adversary who is an idiot. Ko Go Hae said that Shin Mi Rae is only summon when Ko Go Hae actually goes to press charges. In that she didn’t do, but then Shin Mi Rae is not intelligent to know about anything

Ko Go Hae said that she will leave to her sign of the MOU, she will build the hospital as well a factory that will benefit Inju. Daehan Group will not import those European’s waste, so Ko Go Hae said with that she has win over Shin Mi Rae & the least Shin Mi rae has to conceit to her, this is the only way she can save her pride. Well Ko Go Hae has some saving grace in the end. Shin MI Rae agrees to her terms when she asked for a quick reply. Shin Mi Rae said that this MOU needs to give to Deputy Mayor & directed to her.

Deputy Mayor said he will not do such a thing. Deputy Mayor said that why Shin Mi Rae is shovelling her responsibility to him, she is so bothersome. Deputy Mayor said that Shin Mi Rae should settle the matter on her own. Deputy Mayor tears up the resignation & tells her, he had no recollection of Shin Mi Rae’s resignation at all. Section Chief Park said that he even had her official car ready to take her back to City Hall. The crowd cheers in victory

MOU between Daehan Group & Inju City signed, Shin Mi rae offer her hand to shake to Ko Go Hae. Ko Go Hae shook her hand. Ko Go Hae gave Joo Gook the photographs from the photographs as Ko Go hae breaks off the engagement with Joo Gook. Ko Go Hae said that instead of being beside him as President, the least she can be the person who greets him into Cheongwadae, as she always have been gave her 2 cents worth to Joo Gook for letting her go & going for a product like Shin MI Rae. Lee Jeong Do recalls the incident 8 years ago when he brought a drunken Joo Gook to his house. The drunk Joo Gook demands his hand phone but remember that he already broke his hand phone by throwing in the ground, then Lee Jeong Do offers his own hand phone to Joo Gook then he press the speed dial 5. Thinking that it is BB he is talking to, he complaints but who is the receiving end of the phone

Lee Jeong Do smiles as Min Joo Hwa hints that she has change the bed linen & would want to go home. Joo Gook also makes an excuse that he is leaving. Joo Gook tells that he is picking the tab for the celebration

Shin Mi Rae walks home then finds the street light switch on as she switches it off as the paddy needs to sleep to grow then another one get switch on as she runs to switches it off to find a notice hang up on the street lamp. Joo Gook asked Shin Mi Rae for a dance then goes for a slow dance & exchanges glances at each other. Then in their hug & wobble. Joo Gook tells that he now has an aspiration dream now, he wants to be President. Then when he become President, during his inauguration ball, he wish to dance with his wife like what they are doing now. Five years later, Ha Soo In becomes National Assemblyman. Joo Gook is running for President. He is still candidate no 5.Joo Gook said that the nation must be rule with the trust of its citizen to prosper. Cheers from the crowd

Then we are wind back to 8 years ago, the speed dial no 5, that was in Lee Jeong Do’s phone is Shin MI rae who just went to bed after mugging for a Civil Service exam, as she picks up the phone. Shin Mi Rae said that it must be Min Joo Hwa gone missing & Lee Jeong Do is calling to find her. Shin Mi rae listen to Joo Gook complaint to BB, when Joo Gook asked him not to hang up as Shin Mi rae tells that she wouldn’t hang up on him. Joo Gook asked who was on the line but knock off before Shin Mi Rae introduce herself as Shin Mi Rae & is curious t know who is on the line but didn’t get an answer

Then we see scene of their wedding shoot that they got married. Then did the Sorry Sorry dance routine, then return to the President campaign rally, Shin Mi Rae was in the crowd, then Joo Gook goes to crowd to tell that she must not been seen here. Shin Mi Rae is still Mayor after 5 years. The electoral staff comes to said that Shin Mi Rae is in violation of the election regulation. Joo Gook asked his wife to leave. Shin Mi rae tells her husband to come home soon. Joo Gook stops the electoral staff & offer his handshake. As she leaves the rally, they exchange flying kisses

As I bid this drama adieu, my apology that I had drag my feet on the drama until the end. The drama peeks on the Korea politics scene as money & politics goes in tandem, in the end the truth & sincerity of what politics should or has to be; prevailed. But sadly it is never the case to all country politics.  Joo Gook actually wanted BB to be a father & not to be a President. Joo Gook got what he wanted

Korea had gone through 6 Republics, the era of a political. The current 6^th republic comes from the term of 1987 from the authoritarian or dictatorship Fifth Republic of Chun Doo Hwan. I had a Korean correspondence of a pen pal who wrote to me for many years. This is how I knew initial about Korea. It was way back in 1978, first it was just mutual hobby like stamp collection, exchanging each country stamps, in which I still treasure them to this very day. Then during 1980 after the Gwangju massacre, she wrote me an account of the matter & her thoughts for her country. At the moment it was bleak & dark. I was just an outlet for her to put into writing. At that time I never thought that it may change Korean politics what it is today. It is a pity we stop correspondence after our interest & thinking taps differ. She became more mature intellectually than I was. I would have like to tell her that I know more about her country & could at least speak pigeon Korean that I would have love to have met her
