Lee Cho In declines to perform the surgery for a person that will died anyway during the course without he touching him as he wants to see him dying slowly & gradually before his eyes. I like the way Oh Yeong Ji handles the emotion of the tormented Lee Cho In to give him some breathing space for him to settle his demons before coming to collect her in Cheongju. The remedy was a good cry

Moral to the story forgiveness comes from the soul, & able to seek reconciliation from the person you had hurt. As all may know that Lee Seon Woo has only prolong limited life span, so with his final day that had been extended by hand of God
