Kim Hong Do finally finds Shin Yun Bok whereabouts from the resourceful Mr. Gong. Kim Hong Do on his recee to see the countryside for his famous daily scene for his album & meets Shin Yun Bok who now runs a paper making mill, her dream wish of her father to able to change the world for the better. Both of them resume their mentor & pupil. Shin Yun Bok had start a semi automated paper mill to make cheaper paper for the masses for their houses the likes like wall paper. Shin Yun Bok has a great friend of Jeong Yak Yong who borrowed the architect drawings of Shin Yun Bok’s father laden machine to construct Hwaseong Fortress. Jeongjo comes to know about Shin Yun Bok whereabouts from Jeong Yak Yong

The year is 1795, Hwaseong is completed & Jeongjo had built Joseon’s military might that to be reckoned with. The Shogunate at Edo had to deal with separation & dissent of the Chosun Han Daimyo & the arrival of Matthew Perry. In order to know what is going on in Japan in what military intention, Jeongjo summons Shin Yun Bok & the now Phil Chul of Dohwaseo Kim Hong Do to Edo Japan for a reconnaissance mission. Kim Hong Do first started his Dohwaseo careers as mapping surveyors when he drew maps of Joseon during the reign of Yeongjo & did go to Tsushima, Japan in one of his trip. The mission is almost 11 months where Shin Yun Bok & Kim Hong Do started to penetrate the life of Edo society art circles & became the secluded Toshusai Sharaku to gather political gossip, Shin Yun Bok with her brush stroke & Kim Hong Do with his witty humour of their truthfully depiction
